What is your Price Match Guarantee?
Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that we'll match and beat any competitor’s price in Jacksonville. Give us the name of the business you'd like to price match and we'll take care of the rest!
Do you offer In-Home Repairs?
Absolutely! Give us a call to book an in-home repair. We’ll give you a quote over the phone based on your repair. Our in-home fee is $50 per visit. Any follow-up or warranty visits are free.
Availability for In-Home Repairs:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: Noon, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 6 pm.
Monday, Friday, and Sunday: Special Request Only.
Do you offer mail in repairs?
Yes. Before sending your device, kindly notify us in advance via phone call or email.
What payment methods do you accept?
In-Store Payments: All major credit cards and cash.
In-Home Services: Credit card payments only.
Email Invoices: For those who prefer or require the ability to pay online, we offer the option of email invoices. This method allows you to complete your payment securely online, from wherever you are, at your convenience.
What if you can't fix my device?
Should your device be beyond repair, we'll guide you towards the best alternative actions. Rest assured, you will not be charged for repair attempts that don't result in success.
Do you offer soldering services?
Absolutely! Our workshop is equipped with the tools and expertise to cater to all your soldering needs.
Whether you require common repairs such as HDMI port replacements or more specialized soldering jobs (for example, circuit board modifications or vintage electronic restoration), we've got you covered!
How does your diagnostic service work?
Our diagnostic service is designed to eliminate any uncertainty regarding your device's condition or the feasibility of repair. Here's what we offer:
Quick Turnaround: Diagnostics are typically completed within 24 hours.
Flat Fee: A straightforward $25 fee covers our diagnostic services.
Comprehensive Evaluation: We start with a thorough assessment to identify your device's issue, then pinpoint the cause and propose the most effective solution.
Cost-Benefit Analysis: You'll receive an estimated repair cost and timeline. Additionally, we'll advise whether repairing or replacing your device is more cost-effective.
Durability Assurance: We ensure that any repair we perform is durable and the same problem won’t re-occur, giving you peace of mind and reliability.
Can you recover lost or damaged data?
Definitely! Our expertise in data recovery spans a wide array of devices, including desktops, laptops, cellphones, tablets, external drives, and more. Our team is proficient in salvaging data from devices affected by water, physical, or magnetic damage.
We’re also considerably less expensive than mail-in data recovery alternatives.
No Recovery, No Fee Guarantee: Our data recovery policy ensures you only pay if we successfully recover your data. Otherwise you only owe the $25 diagnostic fee.
What is your Turnaround Time for Repairs?
When you check in your device, we'll provide an accurate estimate based on the current workload, parts availability, repair complexity, and other variables. However, we offer the following general guide for common devices:
Laptops / Computers: 24hrs or less.
TVs: 24hrs
Cellphones: 1 hour
Tablets: 3 hours
How do I check the status of my repair?
We offer Call, Text, and Email updates at each stage of your repair. We’re also available 9am - 6pm Monday through Saturday via Call, Text, and Email should you have any inquiries or need further assistance.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, we stand behind our work with a 6 month warranty. Should the original issue recur within this period, we'll resolve it again at no extra charge. Note: Our warranty excludes damages arising from accidents or misuse.
The process for starting a warranty repair is simple. Just give us a call or walk in. Your repair history, notes, and warranty status are kept securely in our system.
Can I provide my own parts for my repair?
Certainly. Should you prefer to supply your own parts for the repair, we'll adjust the repair cost to cover only our labor.
However, we cannot extend our warranty to repairs conducted with customer-supplied parts, due to the variability in part quality and performance.
